If a student decides they want to apply what they’ve learned from class competitively, we are very supportive of competitions. Not only do we host competitions every year, we also support other local, provincial and international tournaments. Those students that excel at tournaments may consider trying out for the competition class. These classes are more challenging and focus on improving skills for a competitive level. The student will also get more attention from the instructors. However, this class is for dedicated students only, and those not willing to give 100% effort will not make the competition team.
